LaRonda listed and represented my wife and I in the short sale transaction of our home in River Rim located in Bend's southwest side. Although I spent several years in the real estate business myself, I had never dealt with a short sale transaction so I had little to no knowledge of the process. LaRonda had a very high level of expertise and understanding of the process as well as making sure we received move-out funds the bank had promised us. We would have been put in a terrible position without that very important aspect! There were documents that were required by the bank as well as the title company, some of which my wife and I didn't fully understand. LaRonda took the time to sit down and patiently go over those documents with us until they were fully, honestly and correctly completed and made sure we completely understood what we were signing. She also selected fantastic people to work with at the title company. Being a former real estate broker myself, I really appreciate and understand how important that single piece is to having a smooth real estate transaction. They actually found a mistake with some home owner association dues that saved us quite a bit of money. Huge aspect!The home LaRonda listed and represented us with was our first home purchase so short selling it had a lot of emotional ups and downs. When we needed the extra support, she made herself available by text, phone and/or in person as much as anyone could reasonably expect as well as sending me listings for rental properties that were within our criteria. All of that was a huge factor in preventing my wife and especially me from becoming completely overwhelmed. She really went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Life saver!As I write this, I continue to have things come to mind that LaRonda did for us so I feel like I could go on and on.
